Chronodat End-User License Agreement (EULA)

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA BEFORE USING, DOWNLOADING OR INSTALLING ANY SOFTWARE. BY USING, DOWNLOADING OR INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA, YOU MAY NOT USE, DOWNLOAD OR INSTALL THE SOFTWARE.

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or entity) and the Chronodat LLC ("Licensor"), which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation.

This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by Licensor herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any Licensor updates, supplements and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery.


SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE

1. DEFINITIONS

"Software" – software accompanying this EULA, including documentation, online materials and any future updates. Software is being distributed as SharePoint-hosted add-in which can be downloaded from the Office Store and run on the SharePoint platform.

"Trial Version" – a 15-day, fully-functional version of the Software installed for evaluating purposes. If you register for a free trial of the Software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. To transform the trial into the full version you need to purchase site license (Activation Key) from our online store.

"Add-In License" – right to use the Software within a single SharePoint Site (1 app instance). If you want to use the Software on more than 1 app instance, you can purchase more site licenses in our online store. A site license is perpetual (not per year or per month) and includes free updates.


2. GRANT OF LICENSE

This EULA grants you the following rights:

Installation and Use. You may install the Software on your SharePoint site. The site license is for an unlimited number of end-users (SharePoint accounts) and an unlimited number of devices (workstations/laptops/mobile devices, etc).

To use the Software you will require Internet connectivity and access to the SharePoint platform (SharePoint Online or SharePoint on-premise). The use of the Software does not include the provision and configuration of Microsoft SharePoint.

  • You are not permitted to:
    • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
    • Reproduce, copy or distribute the Software
    • Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law

3. COPYRIGHT

All title and copyrights in and to the Software Product (including but not limited to any images, photographs, clipart, libraries, and examples incorporated into the Software Product), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Software Product are owned by the Licensor. You must treat the Software Product like any other copyrighted material.


4. PROVIDED "AS IS"

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF THE AUTHOR OR ITS SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE ADD-IN/APP REMAINS WITH LICENSEE.


5. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Licensee acknowledges that the Licensee has thoroughly evaluated the Add-In/App before paying the License fee. Despite of this, if the Licensee faces any issues with installing or using the App, Chronodat shall, on its own discretion provide limited support to the Licensee. The limited technical support shall be provided on email.


6. TERMINATION

The Licensee may terminate this EULA for the future at any time by ceasing the use of the App and promptly destroying and deleting all copies, including any documentation. The Licensee shall not be entitled to any refund of the license fee.


7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product.

Data Security & Privacy

All data is stored on the customer's SharePoint environment (not on Licensor servers). The Licensor acquires no rights in customer data. The app's data is never leaving your SharePoint env, we don't have access to your data and we never see it.
