Before you begin, a sample Excel document can be downloaded from https://zscoffice1.sinaapp.com/Information%20Filter/sample
%20data.xls. You can also create source data yourself.
For example, you can create a sheet of 8 rows and 2 columns which is named sheet 1. The first column is '1','2','3','4','5','6','7','8'. The second column is 'a','b','c','d','e','f','g','h'. We call the first column source keyword and the second column source data. Each source keyword is with respect to each source data of the same row. You should also create another sheet of 8 rows and 1 column which is named sheet 2. This column is '1','3','4','5','6','7',8','2'. We call the column target keyword. Note that the content of sheet 1 is the same as the content of sheet 2, but the order is different.
-Click "Select Source Keyword" button
-Select a row/column as source keyword. Note that the source keyword is the match criterion that matches the source data and the target data. Each element of it should be different from others, and should be valid. For example, you can select the source keyword of sheet 1.
-Click "Select Source Data" button
-Select a row/column as source data. Note that the length of source data is equal to the length of source keyword. Each source
data stands for each source keyword along with your selection. For example, you can select the source data of sheet 1.
-Click "Select Target Keyword" button
-Select the target keyword. For example, you can select the target keyword of sheet 2.
-Select radio button "row" or "column", row means that you want to fill data row-wise, column means that you want to fill data
column-wise. In this example, you can select column.
-Select any cell as the start location of target data. For example, you can select the cell next to the start of target keyword.
-Click "Write data" button
-The target data are written such as 'a','h','b','c','d','e','f','g'.
