Create and print indexed document separator sheets for simple batch scanning.
Using XenDocs Coversheet Generator, SharePoint users can easily “pre-index” their paper documents (before scanning them). This approach enables knowledge workers or distributed users to create and print barcoded cover pages that can be placed on top of their physical documents before scanning. When documents are pre-indexed, the Coversheet Generator saves a placeholder document (aka "stub file"), within a SharePoint document library to hold the document's metadata. Once indexed, barcoded coversheets may be printed immediately or saved for future printing. Users can easily retrieve and print previously created coversheets. Using XenDocs File Importer, documents scanned with these coversheets will automatically replace the corresponding "stub files" within your SharePoint document library, with the proper scanned document.
