The Sellsy App for Outlook let you display customer info from you Sellsy CRM directly into Outlook.
To use the app effectively, you need a valid Sellsy account.
Once installed, the app will be located at the top of your message.
If the email is recognized (from a customer for example), the app will display detailed informations directly from Sellsy : contact data, late invoices, tasks, helpdesk tickets, opportunities ...
If the email is not recognized you can either associate it to an existing record or create a new one.
