Process It Invoice Approval for Outlook is designed to optimize worker productivity and enhance the user experience by providing an alternative method of reviewing invoices in order to make informed approval decisions directly from Outlook and Office 365.
This method allows busy executives and AP personnel to be more productive by being able to receive e-mail notifications related to invoice approvals sent from ProcessIt, view invoice header and line level details, an image of the originally scanned invoice document, and make an approval decision seamlessly inside of Outlook.
Invoices approved through this new method are subjected to all of the same validations and controls, and workflow processing continues in the same manner as if the invoice was approved through more traditional methods using the ProcessIt application itself. However, this is all now done from inside of your inbox.
Process It Invoice Approval for Outlook requires a software license of the ProcessIt AP Automation for Oracle E-Business Suite application, which can be installed on premise or provided as a Cloud service.
