HexaCorp Clear List/Library Items App allows users to delete all items in a SharePoint list/library.
HexaCorp Clear List/Library Items Add-in provides an easy mechanism for users to delete/purge all items from a SharePoint list or library.
FEATURES OF HEXACORP CLEAR LIST ITEMS/LIBRARY ADD-IN
1. Allows users to easily delete all items from a SharePoint list or library.
2. Provides option for the users to send deleted items to recycle bin or completely purge the items.
3. Works with Custom list, Document library, Picture library and Asset library.
4. Easily accessible from list/library ribbon.
5. Removes folders and sub folders.
6. Displays the number of Parent folders and Items in the List/Library.
7. Provides security trimmed access.
8. Works with IE10, IE11,Firefox and Chrome.
FUTURE ENHANCEMENTS
We are continuously adding features to the add-in and enhancing its utility. Below are features that we are working on for the Clear List/Library Items Add in
1. Skip checked out items and proceed with deletion.
2. Support for Versioning settings.
3.Support all list types and libraries.
CURRENT LIMITATIONS
1. Works only with lists of type custom list and libraries of type Document library, Picture library and Asset library.
2. Count of sub-folders and count of items inside folders will not be displayed.
3. The Checked-Out documents will not be supported
4. The Versioning settings will not be supported.
