How to use StreetSmart for Outlook?
Once you create a meeting in Outlook Calendar, choose the StreetSmart add-in to create a job. This add-in will open new fields allowing you to add more details relevant for the job such as jobs type, description, contact person and dispatch time. In order to assign the job to the right mobile worker, just use the rich functionality of Outlook. One way to do it is to invite workers to this meeting and based on their availability keep the most relevant one.
To dispatch the job all you need to do is to save it on Outlook. A corresponding job will be created on StreetSmart and it will be dispatched based on your preferences. Once you send the meeting invite the worker will be able to see it on his Outlook Calendar as well.
